School & Group Visits

The Bomber Command Museum welcomes visits by a variety of groups. Our museum’s aircraft and related artifacts, aviation art, and interpretive displays interest visitors of all ages.

Many combine tours of our museum with visits to Fort Macleod, the Bar U National Historic Site, the Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump Interpretive Centre, and the Frank Slide Interpretive Centre.

CADET GROUPS

ADMISSION CHARGES

  • $5.00 per person (includes a guided tour and access to Lancaster’s interior).
  • *No charge for accompanying adults.
  • Payment may be made in advance or upon arrival by cash, credit card, debit or cheque payable to the Bomber Command Museum of Canada.

PLANNING YOUR VISIT

  • Cadet Squadron visits are by reservation only (two weeks advance notice is required with confirmation 48 hours before arrival).
  • Reservations may be made by filling out the registration form and emailing it back to visitorinfo@bombercommandmuseum.ca or by telephone (403-646-2270).
  • Please note that we do not offer guided tours on event days.

  • $10.00 per student (includes a guided tour and access to Lancaster’s interior).
  • *No charge for bus drivers and chaperones with a ratio of 1:10.
  • Payment may be made in advance or upon arrival by cash, credit card, debit or cheque payable to the Bomber Command Museum of Canada.
